Unlike some other PGx tests on the market, ours comes with a Medication Action Plan (MAP), which is personalized based on your genetic profile. In order for our partner pharmacist to make the MAP as effective and relevant as possible for you, we have you take a short lifestyle questionnaire as a part of the kit registration process.

Once the test is ordered, using our convenient home collection kit, you can easily collect your DNA sample and send it back to our accredited laboratory for analysis. Or if you prefer an in-person testing experience, you can schedule an appointment with us and one of our healthcare professionals will administer the test for you.
